Consultation Before Purchasing Equipment
When purchasing new equipment from MWI, consultation is always included. We provide advice on what to consider regarding placement, electricity, hose and pipe routing, ventilation, oxygen, and drainage. This is especially relevant during the building planning stage for new clinics. All consultation is free of charge.
We troubleshoot and repair
We are readily available if you experience any issues with your equipment. Contact us, and we will assist you with on-site repairs or arrange for the equipment to be sent to us for troubleshooting and repair.
Sharpening – A Way to Save Money
We assist with sharpening blades for most clippers and instruments, such as scissors, curettes, and luxators. A costly surgical scissor can be sharpened many times, saving you money. Don't forget that you can replace the wear parts on your needle holders for a longer lifespan.
Service Box for Small Equipment
When you have small equipment that needs repair, or blades and instruments that require sharpening, you can order our Service Box. We will send you a prepaid box along with an accompanying form. Fill out the form and send the box back with the equipment that needs to be serviced, at no cost to you.
