New Summary by Product Category on Invoices

There is now a clear summary of your purchases by product category at the bottom of the invoice.

This improvement makes bookkeeping easier, especially for those who receive consolidated invoices, as you no longer have to manually add up the totals.

Clearer information on products:

  • The expected restock date for sold-out items will be displayed under Stock Status.

  • The expected quantity arriving in stock and available will also be shown for sold-out items.

  • Items with a minimum order quantity will have that quantity set as the default when added to the cart.

  • The minimum order quantity will automatically update to the next available quantity to make ordering easier for you.

  • The quantity box will turn red and display a message if you try to enter an incorrect quantity for that item.

Orderer-Approver Function

  • We have introduced a new feature that allows orders to be placed through a different order flow.
  • This is perfect for clinics where veterinarians themselves don’t have the time or ability to place orders but need to keep track of purchases, etc.
  • The workflow works by having both orderers and approvers set up in the webshop.
  • This means that clinic staff can place orders on behalf of the veterinarian — for both consumables and medications.
  • Once the order is placed by the orderer, the responsible veterinarian will receive an email in their inbox or see the order when logged in (under “Orders to Approve”).
  • Then, as the veterinarian, you approve and authorize the clinic’s order.
  • The responsible veterinarian’s veterinary ID will be included on the order all the way through to our business system.
  • This feature is very convenient and also a time-efficient way to optimize the clinic’s resources in the best possible way!

Earlier developments in spring 2025

  • The popular heart icon for adding items to favorite lists is back.

  • Lead times for expected restock dates are now shown on sold-out items.

  • Items with minimum order quantities display the minimum amount directly in the quantity box and round up automatically to the correct number.

  • Certain attributes under the product information are now clickable links.
