Claims

If you wish to make a claim for a product, please click on the button below to download the claims form, fill in the form, and email it together with photos to [email protected].

Only after your claim has been approved will we get back to you with a solution to the issue.

If you wish to return an item, please fill out the form below. We process your request on weekdays between 8:00 to 17:00. and get back to you as soon as possible.

Return of styrofoam boxes

At MWI Animal Health, we care about animals, people and the environment. One way we contribute to a better environment is by recycling our polystyrene boxes. We therefore need your help in returning the boxes to us.

Now it is even easier to return the boxes to us, as you can create the return labels yourself.

Click the button below to access our form at PostNord. There, you can easily fill in your details and create a shipping label. The page also contains clear instructions to guide you through the entire process.

* Please note that this form is only for polystyrene boxes. For other returns, please see the form on the left.

* A fee of SEK 450 per unit will be charged if the polystyrene boxes are not from MWI Animal Health, the boxes are not intact and clean, the size restrictions are exceeded, or the return label is misused. Return labels must be used within 30 days of receipt. It is not permitted to copy and reuse old shipping labels. The fee is charged due to increased shipping and handling costs for MWI Animal Health.
