Customer service
From June 8 through August 31, our customer service hours will be on a summer schedule. During this period, we can be reached by phone on weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Otherwise, we will be open as usual throughout the summer.
Delivery Days
Here are our delivery days for the upcoming weeks, taking public holidays and weekends into account. To ensure smooth deliveries during these periods, we recommend placing your orders well in advance of the specific weeks, staying informed about public holidays, and planning when you want your deliveries.
Information about weekly deliveries will be sent separately to the customers it concerns. If you have any questions about weekly deliveries or wish to change your delivery day, please contact our customer service.
Please note: If you would like a delivery date other than your regular delivery day, you must specify this in the message box in your shopping cart; otherwise, your weekly delivery will be sent on the next scheduled delivery day.
Example: Your regular delivery day is normally Tuesday, but Thursday is a public holiday, and no deliveries of refrigerated items can be made on Tuesday. If your order is received after the scheduled day and time, it will be shipped the following Tuesday unless otherwise specified in the message box. If you need your order the same week, you must place your order one day earlier than usual so we can process it. You must also note this in the message box so we can disregard your regular delivery day.
Non-standard delivery dates in 2026
Week 14 – Good Friday
3/4 – Good Friday – Closed, no deliveries
For those of you with a weekly delivery on 4/3, we need your order by 4/2 at 1:00 PM for delivery on Thursday – you will then receive your delivery on Monday or Tuesday, depending on your usual delivery time
Week 15 – Easter Monday
6/4 – Easter Monday – Closed, no deliveries
For those of you with a weekly delivery on April 6, we need your order by April 7 at 1:00 PM for delivery on Tuesday – you will then receive your delivery on Tuesday or Wednesday, depending on your usual delivery time
Week 18 – First of May
29/4 – No delivery of refrigerated goods
1/5 – First of May – Closed, no deliveries
For those of you with a weekly delivery on May 1, we need your order by 1:00 PM on April 30 for delivery on Thursday – you will then receive your delivery on Monday or Tuesday, depending on your usual delivery time.
If you usually order refrigerated goods on Wednesdays, we need your order by Tuesday, April 28 at 1:00 PM.
Week 20 – Ascension Day
12/5 – No delivery of refrigerated goods
13/5 – No delivery of refrigerated goods
14/5 – Ascension Day – Closed, no deliveries
For those of you with a weekly delivery on May 14, we need your order by May 13 at 1:00 PM for delivery on Wednesday – you will then receive your delivery on Friday or Monday, depending on your usual delivery time.
If you usually order refrigerated goods on Tuesdays or Wednesdays, we need your order by Monday, May 11 at 1:00 PM
Week 25 – Midsummer Eve
19/6: Midsummer Eve – Closed, no deliveries
Week 52 – Christmas Holiday
24/12 – Christmas Eve – Closed, no deliveries
25/12 – Christmas Day – Closed, no deliveries
Week 53 – New Year’s 2026
31/12 New Year’s Eve – Closed, no deliveries
1/1 New Year’s Day – Closed, no deliveries
Week 1 - Epiphany (2027)
6/1 Epiphany – Closed, no deliveries
Please note that no refrigerated deliveries will take place during week 52 and week 53 due to the Christmas holiday and New Year's Eve.
